 Nanjing Hongguang Airborne Equipment Factory, founded in 1951, is a large state enterprise subordinated to Aviation Industrial Groups of China, is also the state export base of electromechanical products. The main products include seven series products of airborne and airdrop, aviation accessories, plane safe belt, automobile accessories, garment machinery, tour and outdoor, and environment protection etc.. In 1989, the factory was approved as sole state-fixed automobile safe belts manufactory. In 1997, the factory gained the aviation applicable certificate of plane safe belt. In 1998, the factory obtained the quality authentication certificate of ISO9000.
The factory occupies an area of more than 270,000 square meters. And it has about 2500 employees. There are 12 branch factories and companies, 6 joint ventures and 3 subsidiaries. It has four scientific research and developing centers in airborne and airdrop equipment, automobile accessories and environment protection products, garment machinery, civil aviation and tour sports products. The factory boasts advanced manufacturing and testing equipment, strong technical capabilities. It is the place of origin in developing and producing airborne and airdrop equipment and plane safe belt in China.
